How to choose the right cookware

With many different types, shapes and sizes of cookware available, let us help you decide which cookware is best suited to you and all your culinary needs.
You will need to bear in mind which type of hob or cooker you will be using and which delicious dishes you will be cooking.
Non-stick aluminium
The non-stick coating can be PTFE based or ceramic based. Making the pan tough and easy to clean. The non-stick layer ensures your pans should remain stain and scratch free, as long as the correct utensils are used.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is made by combining iron with other metals which prevents rusting and tarnishing.
For cookware, stainless steel is particularly favoured as it will not flake nor chip and is easy to clean. Provided you love and care for your stainless steel cookware, it will remain shiny and bright for a long time to come!
