How is my Guarantee valid?

In order for your guarantee to be valid, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Can I add to an order?

Contact the Sabichi Customer Services team to make any changes to your order, or if you would like to cancel your order on 01909 544 570 or email thehomemakers@sabichi.co.uk.

When will my order be delivered?

Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the payment being processed. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, we aim to have your order with you within the maximum 14 day period.

Do I have to be there to sign for a delivery?

Yes – a member of the household must be there for your to sign the release form. If you have any special requirement please contact our Customer Services team once you have placed your order.

What is Sabichi's returns and refunds policy?

Your happiness is our main concern, but if for any reason you wish to return any items all we ask is that the products returned are in fully resalable condition with non-damaged packaging. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer.

How can I get a VAT receipt?

If you are reclaiming the VAT all you require is the invoice which is sent to you with the goods.
