Choosing your cookware

With many different types, shapes and sizes of cookware available, let us help you decide which cookware is best suited to you and all your culinary needs.

You will need to bear in mind which type of hob or cooker you will be using and which delicious dishes you will be cooking.

If in doubt, just ask

Hard Anodised

Anodizing aluminium is a process which increases the resistance and hardness of the cookware. A non stick layer is applied to the interior of the cookware to ensure a smoother and less stressful cooking process! As long as it is used with the correct utensils, the non stick layer will ensure the pans are scratch resistant.

Coated Aluminium

A smooth coating is applied to the outside of our everyday aluminium pans. This makes the pan tough and easy to clean. The non stick layer ensures your pans should remain stain and scratch free, as long as the correct utensils are used.

The Sabichi aluminium pans range is an affordable and everyday use option!

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is made by combining iron with other metals which prevents rusting and tarnishing.

For cookware, stainless steel is particularly favoured as it will not flake nor chip and is easy to clean. Provided you love and care for your stainless steel cookware, it will remain shiny and bright for a long time to come!

You can choose from a variety of different ranges of stainless steel cookware from Sabichi – designed to suit everyone from the amateur cook to a whizz in the kitchen.
